Favorite moment from last winter: Shooting with the Meatheads at Holiday Valley in mid March. Couldn’t ask for a better day… bluebird, bumps were soft, Backseat Jesus was cheering me on. Lot of my friends were there, it was sweet to have the camaraderie. Afterwards we all went to Andy Card’s Honey farm for pizza and beers. That honey is the real deal…
Other than being a skiing superstar I... Train for the next season, play Texas Hold ‘Em, go trout and steelhead fishing, bow hunting for deer in the autumn, spend time with my niece and nephews

Hot Dogs or Hamburgers: Hamburgers (extra rare with extra onions). Hot Dogs have too much fat in them
Skiing Hero: Buffalo Bob. Buffalo Bob was an original hot dogger out of Holiday Valley. He’s passed on a lot of knowledge to me and has helped my skiing immensely with encouragement and support
Double daffy or Double spread eagle: Double daffy for sure. It looks like a pair of windshield wipers in the air and takes more core strength and balance
Best thing about skiing in the East: Moguls - either boiler plate and soft spring bumps. Boiler plate makes you a better skier. That’s why the best moguls skiers come from the East.
Worst thing: There is no worst thing. As long as your skiing it’s always a great day…
Favorite spinning/ flipping axis: Losing control in the bumps and going into a whirlwind… it feels good to come out unscathed. I practice for this scenario by doing lots of royal cristies early season
