Episodes go live every Monday on ESPN.com/Action/Freeskiing. Episode sixer:
Though Vermont experienced a lackluster 2010 season overall, the Meathead crew consistently found the fresh at their home resort of Stowe. Making the most out of the infrequent (but violent) storms was the name of the game and luckily, the Stowe woods require minimal coverage to be shredable. Longtime local, Jay Bowen lead the charge as well as Dan Marion and Stacey Rachdorf joining in the abundant samplings of sidecountry to explored.

2 Minute Work Outs - Episode 5: Maine Event
Series premiere every Monday on ESPN Freeskiing. Check out episode 5!
Meathead athlete, Shea Flynn, grew up skiing the mean streets and icy hills surrounding his twin cities home of Lewiston/Auburn, Maine. When this blue-collar region got socked with the Nor'easter storm seen in Episode #2, Shea scoured the town and wrote a list of all the features he's been gunning to hit on film for years. Over the course of 7 frigid days and nights, Shea, Dan Marion, and Cedric TF chucked themselves off every sketchy structure they could find. Shea's brother, Devin and hometown buddy, Joe Gardner, joined in on a session at the epic Flynn family backyard terrain park.

2 Minute Work Outs - Episode 4: White Mountains
The weekly webisodes continue on ESPN Freeskiing. Episode 4:
No cost, no crowds and no lifts make backcountry exploration in the White Mountains of New Hampshire both fun and ridiculously tiring. What they lack in elevation (compared to west coast), the presidential range more than makes up for in bad weather, steeps, and avalanche conditions. This past winter we were there to take full advantage of the micro weather windows that allow for good skiing. Stacey Rachdorf, Ben Leoni, Ryan McDermott, and Jay Bowen made several missions to Mt. Washington and surrounding peaks score rare, above tree line turns.

2 Minute Work Outs - Episode 3: Virginia
Our summer weekly webisode series continues to launch each Monday on ESPN Freeskiing. This week, Work Out #3:
The mid-atlantic region had a storybook winter this past season. The first major storm rolled through just before Christmas and Shea Flynn, Will Wesson and Andy Parry braved the blizzard all the way down to Virginia. Arriving in Lynchburg after a 15 hr. drive, the crew got to work digging out urban features around abandoned insane asylums and Evangelical Christian universities. Over the course of 3 days the Meatheads evaded appalachia law enforcement long enough to capture some one-of-a-kind footage and still make it home for the holidays...
