Head For The Hills debuts at IF3

In only it's second year, the annual International Freeskiing Film Festival went off huge in Montreal Sept. 11-13.

A crew of Geoff, Rooster, Hammer, Radio Ron, Andy Parry, Will Wesson, and various other friends from the region headed up to present the new film, Head For The Hills, on the big screen for the first time ever. Having only completed the editing of the intro a mere 12 hours before leaving Burlington for Montreal, it was a welcome relief to finally have the project complete and be ready to celebrate.

The new movie premiered in a time-block with Alliance (European) as well as Journal (Theory-3 Media, and produced by long time friend, Jeff Thomas). Both movies were sick, but the Meathead athletes were most stoked to see what had become of all that footage shot last season...

Needless to say, the crowd was not disappointed (and neither were the athletes) as Head For The Hills received roaring applause and a standing ovation at the end! Many in the audience commented that it was our most polished, entertaining and unique work to date...

On to Tanner's MASSIVE afterparty, minus Cali P who got deported. Even without Cali P, the party went off, the Meatheads were cuttin' rugs for hours, and it was nearly impossible to get a drink. And, true to form, Tanner spit some words of wisdom from the mic...
