Accolades for Wild Stallions

The Stallions received some great honors during the January awards season. With all the hard work that was put in by both athletes and producers last season, everyone was psyched to be able to celebrate and see the East Coast recognized on the world stage.

Powder Video Awards

Nominated: "Best Jib" - for Will Wesson's bike rack switch-up follow cam

Nominated: "Movie Of The Year" - for the entertainment value, creativity, diversity and general awesomeness of Wild Stallions

Coldsmoke Awards

Winner: "Best Jib Movie" - for all the wierd urban and jib skiing done by Stallions

Meathead Films would like to thank Powder Magazine and the Coldsmoke organizers for their recognition and consideration. Also, we want to thank all the athletes for the blood and sweat they put into the project and cinematographers (Ben Cormier, Shane McFalls) who put in a ton of effort to make Wild Stallions our best film to date!
